Affiliate Program Terms

1. Eligibility

To become a DocuWay affiliate:

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must have a valid platform to promote (e.g., website, email list, YouTube, social media).
• You agree to represent DocuWay honestly and professionally.

2. Commission Structure

• Affiliates earn 30% commission on every successful subscription made through their unique referral link.
• Commission is valid for 12 months from the referred user's signup date.
• Referred users will receive 25% off forsubscription on any plan.
• Commissions are based on the net revenue (after discounts, taxes, and refunds).

3. Payouts

• Commissions are paid monthly, around the 15th of each month.
• Payments can be made via PayPal, Wise, Wire Transfer, Crypto, or CashApp.
• A minimum payout threshold of $100 USD applies.
• A 30-day holding period is required for all new commissions to allow for refund processing or subscription cancellations.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Refer yourself or use your own link to create discounted accounts.
• Use spam, deceptive ads, cookie stuffing, or misleading redirects.
• Bid on the “DocuWay” brand name in search engine ads.
• Misrepresent DocuWay's features, pricing, or capabilities.

Violation of these rules may result in termination and forfeiture of earned commissions.

5. Promotional Guidelines

You may:

• Share your affiliate link in blog posts, emails, social media, or videos.
• Use official DocuWay marketing assets provided in your dashboard.

You must:

• Clearly disclose that your link is an affiliate link.
• Avoid making false claims or suggesting official endorsement.

6. Account Termination

We may terminate your affiliate account without notice for:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or unethical activity.
• Inactivity for more than 6 months.

Upon termination, any unpaid commissions will be voided.

7. Modifications

DocuWay reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and your continued participation constitutes agreement to the revised Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

DocuWay is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program.
