DocuWay Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the DocuWay Affiliate Program! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in our affiliate program. By signing up, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
To become a DocuWay affiliate:
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Have a valid platform (e.g., website, email list, YouTube, social media).
- Represent DocuWay honestly and professionally.
2. Commission Structure
- Earn 30% commission on every successful subscription via your referral link.
- Commission valid for 12 months from the referred user's signup date.
- Referred users get 25% off on any plan.
- Commissions based on net revenue (after discounts, taxes, refunds).
3. Payouts
- Paid monthly around the 15th of each month.
- Payments via PayPal, Wise, Wire Transfer, Crypto, or CashApp.
- Minimum payout threshold of $100 USD.
- 30-day holding period for commissions to account for refunds/cancellations.
4. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Refer yourself or use your own link to create discounted accounts.
- Use spam, deceptive ads, cookie stuffing, or misleading redirects.
- Bid on the “DocuWay” brand name in search engine ads.
- Misrepresent DocuWay's features, pricing, or capabilities.
- Violation may result in termination and forfeiture of commissions.
5. Promotional Guidelines
You may:
- Share your affiliate link in blog posts, emails, social media, or videos.
- Use official DocuWay marketing assets provided in your dashboard.
- You must:
- Clearly disclose that your link is an affiliate link.
- Avoid making false claims or suggesting official endorsement.
6. Account Termination
We may terminate your affiliate account without notice for:
- Violation of these Terms.
- Fraudulent or unethical activity.
- Inactivity for more than 6 months.
- Upon termination, any unpaid commissions will be voided.
7. Modifications
- DocuWay may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued participation constitutes agreement to the revised Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
- DocuWay is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program.
